Salem Lee Sei Loong began his career in 1997 by leading his first group to Bangkok, Thailand,followed by the organization of the first exotic trip to Iceland and Greenland. Since then, he has continued to spearhead numerous expeditions to remote locations around the world.

In 2023, Salem Lee Sei Loong achieved a remarkable feat by leading the first Malaysian leading tour to visit every country in the world (UN members), as officially confirmed by the Malaysian Book of Records. This accomplishment, coupled with the encouragement of his guests, inspired Salem to establish a unique tour company.
